What’s Crowdfunding?

Crowdfunding is a kind of business wich uses the colaboration of people to achieve something. The crowdfunding can be used to make shows possible, or even making an innovative project, for an example.The main concept of this model is the colaborative spirit of people involved, allowing them to organize themselves and realize actions to obtain a common objective.

How does it works?

The project is the criation of a site to promove shows, parties and events, using a financial colaborative model (crowdfunding), that allows bringing bands and artists or even an event with the claiming of fans. The production cost will be informed on the website. This value will be divided by a defined number of fans.With the initial quote fully sold, the event becomes confirmed and then the  remaining tickets will be sold.

How to participate in the colaborative financing?

In this phase of colaborative financing (crowdfunding) we’ll be able to know if the show is happening or not. We’ll open the show value and the number of fans who needs to participate in the crowdfundind, buying tickets.

Refunding Ticket - As soon as we advice that a collaborative financing will be happening to a show, it’ll happen according to the Refunding Ticket model. It means the fans who bought this ticket can have 100% of their money back. In order to this, the number of traditional tickets must be enough to cover the crowdfunding’s value.

If the collaborative financing total value is not reached, the show won’t happen and, the money spent will be recharged to the fans, with no taxes or cost.

(e.g.: if the show costs U$ 40.000,00, and there’s space for 1.000 people, we’ll open the collaborative financing intending to have 200 fans buying refunding tickets at U$200,00 each. Once we reached this number, the show is happenning. By this time, we’ll open the traditional ticket sales. All the remaining tickets will be sold until we have U$40.000,00.

What guarantees the show will happen?

The main guarantee is the fans. With an exclusive method, we’ll identify the main demmands – all from the internet. Without the public participation, the model doesn’t work. It’s like a chain, where one must help the other to bring up the event.

How can I pay for the ticket?

During the collaborative financing phase, the tickets can be acquired online only.

What happens if the minimun value is obtained?

We confirm the show with the artist and start selling tickets to the public, in general.

And if the expected value is not reached and the show is not made?

If the minimum value to bring the show is not reached, we’ll study other ways to bring the event. If it’s not possible at all, there’ll be a full refund to the participants.

And if only the necessary tickets to bring the show are sold?

After the collaborative financing phase, if the minimum value to bring up the show is reached, the event WILL happen.

How can I take my physical ticket?

The tickets will be at the local, before the show starts.

If I can’t make to the show, can I sell or endorse my ticket?

Yes, you can endorse your ticket since you tell our support service 24hs before the show, nominating the person who will take your physical ticket. You can sell your ticket only by the price you paid.

What happens if there’s a date/place change?

We take responsability on informing the participants of the project about eventual changes.

Where will the shows take place?

In any place that has demand and the public is.
